Here at November Smiles, we believe grief stands for Growth Resides Inside Everyday Feelings. Every person grieves differently, no matter your age. Oftentimes we see that kids have the hardest time expressing their feelings. This could be because they don't know who to turn to or how to go about it. Other times it's because it isn't the "cool thing to do."

We are challenging people to talk about their feelings. We have found  that asking them to summarize these feelings in just a few short words can not only help in the short term, but can almost create a mission statement for the rest of their lives.
